Sir, 

I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that the facilities in our school library are not adequate for about two thousand students reading here. So, the students are suffering a lot. The books and the management are not sufficient to satisfy the need of the students. 

May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough and take proper steps to increase facilities in the library.
